Welcome to DaBen's Radiance: Self-Exciting Expanded

Living on the Upward Spiral

This course is taught at the light body consciousness level where you are expanding into higher levels of your light body. The chart above indicates key states of consciousness, skills, qualities and experiences for courses taught at the light body consciousness level (not all states are taught in each course). Additional Prerequisite:  Besides being an Awakening Your Light Body Graduate, you will also need to complete DaBen's Radiance: Self-Exciting course prior to taking this course, as this course builds on what is taught in his Radiance: Self-Exciting course.

Experience fabulous states of flow and ease: DaBen feels this is an important course to expand your self-exciting skills at all levels of study. You will find these to be wonderful, flowing states where you will deepen your understanding of what the expanded space is like, of the dimensions it opens up to, and of the deeper sense of flow, peace, and living in the moment that is possible in these states.

Stay on an Upward Spiral
In this course, originally taught as a live seminar, DaBen guides you to explore in more depth the skills required to get into and stay on the upward spiral, where everything you do contributes to your increasing light, and all the energies around you take you higher. You will explore ways to deepen your experience of being in the flow and to enhance your ability to see and live your higher purpose from moment-to-moment.

You will explore strategies about living in ways that keep you on the upward spiral: how to find solutions, how to move through stuck areas, and how to stop pushing and wait for right timing. You will look at ways to acquire insights about an area, or to understand it as energy so you can shift it.

Explore How to Get out of a Downward Spiral More Quickly
You will explore how to get out of a downward spiral, even at subtle levels before it takes away the gains you have made. You can become aware after every action you take whether it is increasing or decreasing your spin, so that you can make subtle corrections and stay in the flow, not needing to create physical or emotional pain to tell you that you are out of the flow. You will learn about surrounding stuck areas with awareness, seeing them as energy, and opening them up, so all areas of your life can contribute to living on an upward spiral. You will discover self-exciting strategies to deal with confusion and the void, and translate these back into ordinary reality as thoughts and actions you can take.

Experience Self-Exciting States in Ordinary Reality
You will learn more about translating the self-exciting state into ordinary reality, so you can experience your mind as clear and aware, and be at choice about the thoughts you choose to focus on. You will learn various ways to play with your thoughts to open to new ways of thinking.

Recognize and Transform Blockages to Staying in Self-Exciting States
You will explore some of the blocks you may be experiencing to reaching or staying in self-exciting light body states. These might be such things as thoughts that take you out of the flow, not having the experience you think you should be having, dropping completely out of light body spaces into normal reality, and how to handle more flow than you were prepared for.

Enhance Your Ability to Surrender to the Energies and Have Richer, Deeper Experiences
You will learn skills to bring more of your awareness into the awake-asleep border, so you can stay awake and conscious as you experience expanded light body states. DaBen will show you how to increase your ability to surrender to whatever experience you are having, getting out of your head, stopping mental chatter, and becoming your experience of higher energies. Developing your skill of surrendering allows you to have richer, deeper, and more complete experiences of any light body state, from beginning to most expanded.

Put Awareness into New Areas, Expand Possibilities
You will gain skill in putting awareness into new areas, so you can expand into the unlimited possibilities of your life. We will use this skill to gain insights about directions, choices, and ways to energetically open up and move into new areas so you can manifest your dreams and goals. Gaining more skill with self-exciting allows you to bring more light and increased awareness to your life, into ordinary reality. You can have more ease and joy in your daily life.
